✅ Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The product is damaged, defective, or wrong item delivered
Return request is made within 7 days of delivery
Product is unused and in original packaging

⚠️ Due to the nature of health and wellness products, opened or used products cannot be returned for safety and hygiene reasons.

✅ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

Opened or used products
Products damaged by misuse
Items returned after 7 days
Products without original packaging

✅ Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refund will be credited to your original payment method
Shipping charges are non-refundable

✅ Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or wrong item:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Share photos/videos of the product
Our team will verify and arrange replacement/refund

✅ Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
